+ I'm New, How Do I Get Started?

Boom. You're Ready. You are now on the journey to a happier, fitter and stronger you. We are here along side you every step of the way. Your first stop is to schedule your kickstart goal setting & game planning session. Call, Text or Email us to set up a facility visit and tour with a member of our team.

+ Do You Have Kids Lounge/Kids area?

YES! Our facilities kids lounge is a safe haven for your kiddos to come chill, play, spectate and socialize with other next-gen-fit-kids as they watch mom and dad crush their workouts and lead by example. You rock mom and dad!

+ Do You Have Showers?

YES! We have two (2) showers on site. First come, first serve basis.

+ Do You Have A Kids Fit Program?

YES! We have a huge passion for our kiddos and young athletes and offer a kids fit program. All fitness levels welcomed. Our program focuses on fundamentals and the essentials in both strength & conditioning and CrossFit. Our young athletes learn not only how to grow physically but also develop mental strength and learned principles that can take them further in sport, the classroom and/or life outside the gym.

+ What Is Your Drop-In Policy?

Drop In's are $25 per visit.

If you choose to, you can pay ahead and take care of your waiver HERE.

Once you’ve completed a digital waiver and signed up, you can access our CLASS SCHEDULE and decide which class you plan to attend.

If it’s your first time dropping in, please arrive 10 minutes early to class. If you have not completed a digital waiver in advance, you will be asked to complete one in person prior to the start of class.

Please introduce yourself to the Coach at the beginning of class. Let the coach know your level of experience with CrossFit training, and if you have any limitations, so they can help make your workout great. We look forward to working out with you!

*PLEASE NOTE: You must have a minimum of 3 months CrossFit experience to drop-in to one of our regular classes. If this is your first time trying CrossFit, we welcome you to try one of our free intro classes on scheduled Saturdays or set up a 1-on-1 coaching session HERE.

*If you are going to be in town for an extended stay, punch cards are also available by request.
