The starting point for ALL NEW CrossFitters. Our elements course is for active healthy individuals that want to transition in to our group CrossFit classes. You will receive a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit Fundamental Movements. We will introduce, refine and sharpen your technique and discuss range of motion requirements for prescribed movements.
Group Coaching: Upon completion of your elements course, you will transition into our scheduled classes. And don't sweat it! All of our workouts are still scalable to your ability level. We will have scaling options posted as you progress and increase your physical capability! **ALL movements have modifications and we are happy to work with ALL abilities.**
Single Session & Multiple Session Packages
Private Coaching: 1-on-1 comprehensive approach to your personal fitness needs. If you desire a more private approach to your fitness and wellness goals, Private Coaching is the way to go. Providing personal accountability and a game plan with the expectation to work hard, have fun, learn new skills, and become fitter.

Don't want the lift a barbell but still get a great workout? Our Body program incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) without the heavy weights. Vint Hill Body is an indoor/outdoor total conditioning program using bodyweight movements, kettlebells, rowers, and more. Small group format to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fitness potential. You only have one body. Train like it.
