With each element of FIT 101 being 1-on-1 with a coach you will develop the confidence of having a better understanding of how YOU move, efficient tailoring options to all of the fundamental movements of CrossFit and learn both new skills and best practices of common exercises performed uncommonly well within the setting of a coach-led CrossFit group class.
