New to CrossFit? Looking to change up your current routine? FIT 101 equips you to move well and within the proper ranges of motion with barbell, load bearing and gymnastic movements. With each element of FIT 101 being 1-on-1 with a coach you will develop the confidence of having a better understanding of how YOU move, efficient tailoring options to all of the fundamental movements of CrossFit and learn both new skills and best practices of common exercises performed uncommonly well within the setting of a coach-led CrossFit group class.more
